Initial Evaluation: $400

The evaluation consists of reviewing past records, clinical observation, parent interviews and administration of assessments to determine present levels of performance and goals.

 

Ongoing Sessions: $200

Sessions can be conducted in-person in the client’s home or out in the community or virtually and will incorporate OT intervention as well as parental education.

 

Parent Coaching $80/hour

These sessions are provided virtually and are an opportunity for parents to discuss any concerns and learn strategies to build upon work in sessions.

 

 

The CreativOT does not currently accept insurance, however clients can request a superbill to submit to their insurance.
